Heh this is 2006. Women today tell men when they like them. It is a big turn on for a man to know that a woman likes him. At least this way you will know right away if he is interested or not.
Don't waste your time go for it you have nothing to lose only so much to gain.

Look guys don't understand hints or signs short of you stripping off and kissing him all over and then he may think... maybe she fancies me (and thats for the over 16 lot)...
So yeah ask him out to the cinema etc and encourage arm around you and tell him if he starts to try and kiss you or cop a feel.

yes you should, cause i had this friend and i liked her and i didn't say anything and she hooked up with another guy. so i think you should tell him before her hooks up with someone
