I got a 5"er, but my friends is bigger(and thicker) than mine, I want the same thing... should i go for surgery? I feel it'll make a Huge difference, no pun intended. and Ill feel better about my self.

OK! If you are gonna get surgery just know that it might be dangerous. People have died from infections, some have never had it work again, while others have healed kinda freaky looking... But if you're crazy and still want to go thru it then know that doctors can't give you anything that you don't already have... meaning that the penis in Anchored to the pubic bone... and all the basically do is that they cut the anchor and kinda pull it out... but so from what i have heard it would only grow about 1 - 1 1/2 inches and you would need fat injections to make it thicker. Trust me I'm 32 and only have 5-5.5 inches and have looked for and tried many things to make it bigger. Surgery is the only way but the side effects are to common and the threat of it not work out wiegh the size problem. I much rather enjoy what I have than not be able to enjoy masterbation or sex again.

A waste of time and money! What you have is plenty, just perfect your technique and the ladies will love you!
