Look at Chalfont or Warrington, right in the heart of Central Bucks. Newtown, Yardley etc. is lower Bucks and it will make for a very long drive to work b/c of traffic (45min or more) Quakertown/Perkasie area is nice but really isn't any cheaper than Warrington, and is 30 minutes north. To get cheaper housing (under $200k), look up above Bedminster, which is about 20 minutes north on Easton rd.

A decent started townhome you are going to pay at least $200,000 for. You can rent an average 2 bedroom place for between 900-1050 month. A single family home will probably be around 275,000-300,000 if you are paying anything less you are probably going to be in an area that you are not happy with. Those prices are for average area nothing too high class but not low class. The best place to start looking is north in the Quakertown, Perkasie area it is a nice area and the price of housing hasnt gone crazy yet. Let me know if this helps

Upper Bucks, $300,000 to 700,000. Lower Bucks, $100,000 to $600,000. It really varies from town to town. Warrington may be nice for you. Stay away from Bristol. If you have th mega bucks, go towards New Hope.

straight forward to respond to.... Take a piece of paper and draw a vertical line down the middle. On one aspect record your prices right down to that morning cup of espresso. on the different aspect write both the be conscious desire or choose next to each and each merchandise. by ability of that I recommend perceive no matter if the article is a real desire or some thing you may proceed to exist with out (a choose). carefully pare the needs right down to no longer some thing. ...not straight forward to implement.
