Almost everyone that kills is killing for their beliefs.

To kill? Outside of being a soldier, that'd be murder. Plain and simple. Self defense? Don't know. ' Mitigating circumstances ',
' What if ' situations, are speculative at best.

These are questions best decided in a court of law where you'll probably wind up. It's a cinch to say that people already done all of the above, for what they thought were their ' love ' or ' beliefs ' - a better answer would be to study history. Rather than build a compartment in yourself to entertain conjecture.

Don't you agree this to be more expedient? Rooted in fact?

I was willing to die for a young man I loved when I was 14. He was going to get shot by gang bangers. I would still risk my life for him any day again because I still love him and there will always be a spot in my heart for him, despite the fact that it's been a long time since we've even hung out as homies. There are people you will love forever. As far as to kill? Only if someone was to put a knife near my homie's neck would I kill them. If my stepdad slapped my mom, to be honest I'm not quite sure but perhaps I'd purposely hurt him but not kill him as long as he don't try to kill mah mama.

i think there are people who are so so into their love or beliefs to kill, but if its not in self defense i think its unnecessary and even in that case to extreme to kill them and as far as beliefs everyone has the right to their religion unless their religion causes violence towards others than we go back to self defense

I wouldn't kill for my beliefs, I don't think.

However, I would not hesitate to kill for the sake of protecting or avenging someone I love.
