I live here, and let me tell you, tourist season is awful! If you are a tourist, my apologies, but you really do suck.

Sorry I suck.
Hilton Head has exploded since I first came.
Guess we will head to Amelia Island instead.

I like your Aviator and remember seeing it before.

i would have to admit i hate when people drive down my street that don't live there... its basically a dead so there is no reason to be there... There are like 7 little kids playing on the street at most times so they might get hurt. What im saying is that im just glad this isn't a tourist area. There would be millions of people coming down the street lost or something. LOL... But then again i wasn't stupid enough to MOVE TO A TOURIST AREA TO LIVE... DUHH

Sorry, but we are all tourist at some point we go on vacation and have no idea where we are and want to get the most of the money we spend... People that live there GREATLY profit from us. In no way do i condone trespassing or anything that would disturb the general public but tourism is a way of life deal with it or move.

Oh yeah never been to hilton head... lucky you.

I live near a national park in Montana, and, yes, tourists suck. But they do bring in the $$$, so we have to deal with them. But then I guess when I go on vacation, the locals think I suck, too. But we do need them, I know in my town, something like 75% of our yearly income comes in May-September. I am about 40 miles from a town with a ski area, and they make most of their $$$ November to March.

Went there during tourist season, on my honeymoon. Why? In retrospect, not a clue. Boring place, and I wouldn't go back for any reason.

That being said. I am sure it is a great place to live, but I do not understand why tourists would go.

It is not fun! But Tybee is not any better. Hlton Head is a better beach but you have to deal with the tourists. You can always go
Tybee to get away from the people but the beach is bad.

I live in Savannah and know better then to travel to HH during the summer. However that is the price we pay for living in a tourest town. If HH lost them it would be a ghost town.

Oh well, my dad owns a few condos there and he makes all his money from those tourists that are bugging you. Move or move on. Best wishes
