What is the scariest thing you have ever seen? or the scariest thing you have ever heard??

when i went to china for a trip a few years back,i saw something really terrible...my parents and i were in a tour and we stayed in a five star hotel.when we woke up the next day,we went straight to the restaurant to eat our breakfast.it was a buffet style breakfast.all of the tour member arrived shortly followed with two middle aged man with smart black suits.they looked smart and as it was a five star hotel i assumed that they must be some rich locals.as everyone was standing on a line to help ourselves to the food,one of the man picked up one of my fellow tour mates newly bought handbag and started to runaway.they were thieves.we followed and chased after them.one of them escaped while the other one was trapped inside the electric rolling door.he kneeled and begged for us to let him go,but seeing that we won't,he pulled out a knife from his pocket and started to stab on his own stomach not once but three times! his blood spluttered everywhere covering the glass of the rolling door~i surely think it was the scariest thing that i ever saw...
notes:he didn't die.he was carried by the police bloody yet alive....

Scariest thing couldn say cause it will sound stupid but i can tell you of things i have experianced. My aunts house was built on a local burial site (un-knowingly done so of course), one night we were having a piss up at my aunts house n a bunch of us decided to stay up n watch the sun rise. now my aunts house is a big house n has a huge drive way, so we decided to make a bon fire in the middle of the drive way and perch there drinking till day light... (this may not sound scary you people but if you were there it would havwed freaked you out completely!). well anyway so facing part of the drive way is one side of the house, which has the kitchen, a pantry, then a bedroom n finally a little store room. So a bunch of us got this really awkward feeling while sitting there (this was bout 3 in the mornin) n it felt like there was someting standing in the pantry watching us... there was nobody in the house cause they were all out side by the fire. The pantry being dark (but light enough to see there was no person there) you could just catch the side of what looked like a hunch back... ugh man that was a horrible feeling! then the next time we looked it was gone, as was the feeling... i swear that house is haunted!

And Africa being popular for the slave trade in the late past years our farms all have been built on the route which use to be the old slave route, in the past it was said to have had a rail road pass through on section of the farms. My friend stays on that particullar part of the section of farms and on numerous occasions one can hear the train pass through its old route and hear the shuffle of the tracks and the steam from its engines... its freaky i tell you!!!!(bear in mind the closest train station is in town which is 25 kilometers away), its a gripping feeling listening to a train when its just bush surrounding you... its like your goin mad, you wanna scream but theres nothing to warrent a scream, you just can't scream. Now thats a bad feeling.. its not nice, n to me that is bloody scary... to experiance summing of that, it scary!

One time I use to own a picture of a goblin with a hellish background. It had a scenery of hills that were red, a tree that was bare and dead and a sky that was fiery. The goblin was a black entity that floated in the upper front part of the picture. I bought the canvass painting from a yard sale and stood it up on my dresser in my bedroom. One day when I went into the bedroom an uneasy feeling came over me. As I turned sideways to the picture I saw out of the corner of my eye the picture slide down of the dresser, from its up right standing position, slide to the middle of the room and lay it self picture face down on to the floor so I could only see the back of the canvass. I was later told that an old priest use to live and died in that very house. I guess the priest didn't like the picture. So the next day I thru it into the garbage. A true story. It happened to me just a couple of years ago.

The scariest thing was, quite a few years ago I was installing an antenna onto a 45 meter mast in Bosnia, this mast was on an airfield in the middle of Bosnia, I was working for the UN at the time. Then suddenly boom one of the armies who was firing at the airbase tried to shoot me off using a 155mm cannon, not once but three times, it was so close it sounded like an express train going passed. You have never seen anyone get off a mast so quick.

I was over at my grandmother's house... it's really old, victorian. I don't go over there very much but my parents were out and my grandmother invited me over for a few days.

I slept in one room that had a very nice dresser with a large mirror across the bed. I fell asleep pretty easily and then I woke up around... I can't even remember... sometime after 1 am. And there was a scratching coming from under the bed. I freaked and I could hardly move. I looked up and there was a girl in the mirror, one standing at the end of the bed, but I couldn't see her, I could just see her in the mirror. She walked over and sat down on the end of the bed. I could FEEL the bed dip. By that time I was already out of the bed and screaming. When I asked my grandmother she just waved her hand and said that it was just Marianne, that she had died in the house 100 years before and didn't want to leave.

I haven't slept in that room since.

Once when i was a kid I stepped on a dead mouse by accident and it's stomach ripped open, and it's intestines came out all over my shoe, they were all green and bloated. Another time I was younger, I was at a hospital and I saw an old woman who had part of one of her eyes gone. The front half of the eyeball had come off so that you could see stuff dangling in the empty and exposed core of her eye. And a few years ago I saw a semi flip over in front of me on the highway.

A man fell from a tree right in front of me- his head landed on a rock...the kind that you can use to make fire. I will never forget that. Out of curiosity I peeked in the room where they carried him after he fell...his mouth was bubbling with blood and the pillow was soaked. He died not long after that. This is a true story. he was a mean spirited person, but he didn't have to die like that.

When i was @ work and got a phone call that my girlfriend @the time was in a head on wreck with a 4 wheel drive truck @50 miles a hour.She was drunk and fell asleep at the wheel.When i went to bond her out of jail i didnt even reconize her.Her face was all swolen and black and blue it scared the crap out of me.

Several times in my life a bright blue ball approaches me the first time my husband woke me and it was floating over my face ,scared both of us. I read one other person that had the same thing. Has anyone else had this and does anyone have an idea what they are. One person said its family spirits. Please don't make a joke of this

Me and a friend were walking in a dark alley and we saw legs hanging out of a pile of garbage. I got a wierd hot flash and we took off running the way we came. We thought it was a dead guy, but when the cops got there we found out he was just passed out drunk.
