saying I Love you to your wife, kid , brother , sister , friends, mother and father in daily life basis is kinda habitual.. the true essence is no longer there.. for me, expressing LOVE is through action.showing them you care...... Oh God i missed my father..

Yes I do mean it. I love my g/f and both of my kids very much. Also mother and farther(even tho he is no longer with us) I try showing how I feel around them. To me love is just a word. You must show how you feel about someone. Everyone can say I love you and not mean it. Now if you can show them on a daily bases then that is another story. Show them you care.

I was raised to hug people you care for when you see them and kiss them good bye when you leave. I really feel that way now, and I am sincere when I do it. I think I have a lot of love and I feel good when I see that in others.

when you say i love yu to the ones yu love, yu really mean it!
maybe yu don't feel it, but yu do!
but yu need someone to tell you to that they love yu...
if you don't really mean it, then you wouldn't say it right?
it is hard to tell someone yu love them if you lost someone, i know how it feels, believe me!
