because i am doing a web page and i need to know what the requirements are to getting into the world soccer cup, i mean like what the teams of the world have to pay, do, or w/r u know thats all i need.

First off, your nation must be an association in FIFA. There are currently 207 associations in FIFA.
Second, your team must qualify (until its the host nation, like Germany this year, then you get an automatic bid). Now, the qualification process is different in each zone or continent. In most cases, a team must play anywhere from 10-20 games in the qualification process. However, many nations are eliminated from qualifying after only two games.
Each zone gets a set number of teams to send to the World Cup. For example, Africa got 5. Some zones get "half-teams", like Asia which got 4.5. What they do is the top 4 teams from Asia automatically qualify for the World Cup, the fifth place team must play a home-and-away series against a team from another zone which had a "half-team". The winner of that series qualifies for the World Cup.

First, you have to have a country. Second, your country has to have a football team. Then, you have to qualify to play the world cup. As soon as you are ready, apply to fifa and they will let you know what the requirements are.

Anyone is allowed to take cameras into the World Cup games. There are photographers everywhere, and besides, even if you can't, just smuggle it in.
