yes, it means he sees your view points & respects you. but he needs to quit for himself - otherwise he might come to resent you for making him quit or he'll go back to using it.

thats an absolute great thing. especially if he continues and its not just a temporary thing. iv been trying that w myn and he wotn stop. bc it just leads on to more and heavier drugs. and he has not stopped and its caused nothinig but problems w us. ur lucky, honestly!
