Well, for the starters r u getting satisfactory sleep? If u r, then, u could be suffering from depression; its other features (apart from ur apparent tiredness) r loss of interest in activities in general, loss of interest in activities u used to LIKE, feeling lack of enthusiasm, suicidal thoughts. Other causes could be anemia (if u get palpitations, that is, sensation of ur heart beats), or hypothyroidism (have u gained weight)?. Depression is not merely a mood-swing. It should be taken more seriously, and especially suicidal thoughts/lowered urge to live r very dangerous signs. Bye. Take care. Looking forward to ur feeling better.

it could be something all teenagers go through so try eating healthy and exercise more first before you take on any depression medication. not saying you're on a diet or anything, but if you don't eat enough it can make you irritable. talk to a counselor for advice and coping skill or just for someone to listen, might help. sometimes feeling constantly tired could be a sign of mild viral or bacterial infection, do you feel unwell anywhere in your body?

You may be a little iron difficiant. Try eating more red meat, or taking iron pills. Also, the best way to beet sloth like behavior is to go out and force yourself to do something, like run around outside. The mix of activity and fresh air will release endorphins and adrenaline into your body, and you will get a "feel good" emotion after that...

Excercise!! Sleep well!! Early to bed and dont let the alarm wake you up, let your body wake up on its own. Some may recommend a little caffeine just keep in mind it is harmful to your heart. Also limit your carb consumption. But, if this does not help you may need some blood gases drawn to see your O2 levels, may a sleep study to rule our sleep apnea. Also limit alcohol consumption to once a week it reduces REM cycles (means your body doesnt get sufficiant rest).
