Hi,
I am sure who Rab is. RAB is Regulus Black. If you read the Book 5 perfectly u will find that Sirius talks abt his bro Regulus being killed by Voldemort himself. No body recovered. While Harry and co. clean 12 Grimmauld place, They find heavy gold locket that none of them could open.
