Well if you did something to lead him on or led him to believe you were "interested", you should tell him after much consideration you don't feel you are right for each other. If you did nothing to provoke his actions then make it clear that he is crossing the line. If he doesn't quit, you may want to inform your boyfriend that you are having problems with this guy who is harassing you.

If you are not married, why do you think you should not go out with the other guy? If you like the other guy, you should go out with him. If the tables were turned, your boyfriend would probably go out with a hot chick behind your back.

well you need to really think about who you want to be with and if you don't want to be with the guy that is pressuring you to break up with your boyfriend then you should really just tell him to get lost.
