The men had a disastrous service; each person was asked to nominate someone to be booted. Tom nominated Giacomo, while Garrett, Keith and Giacomo all nominated Tom. (Giacomo had forgotten to turn the oven on, putting his team way behind, while Tom burned his hand, then whined and loped about.)
Gordon Ramsey told Giacomo that if he couldn't even turn an oven on, he'd never be a chef, then gave him the boot.
