It sounds like both myself and the ticket are behind her. In that case, I would pick the ticket up, see it's worth, then have to assume the ticket belonged to the woman. I would have to listen to what she was yelling about to decide whether or not she was the rightful owner of the ticket. If she was screaming, " I won $50 grand, I won, I won"...then the ticket is hers. If she was screaming something other than that, then I would ask her if it was hers, if she said yes, then I'd give it to her, if she said no, then I'd be heading to the nearest redemption location to cash the ticket in. Honesty pays....and sometimes it's $50,000.00!!!

First I'd try to see if she'd be willing to have sex with me to get the ticket back. If that didn't work I'd try to size her up to see if I could outrun her.
If I'm not feeling quick I'd try the sex angle again...but I'd probably end up giving her the ticket and rubbing one out when I got home.

to ask her what she is jumping up and down about.
If she says a bee was in her blouse then you walk away, it may not be her ticket, if she said she just won $50K with a lottery ticket then you hand her the ticket

give it to her and be glad that my mother raised me right:-) then again, some would say she raised an idiot to give up a winning lottery ticket. i have a conscience and i wouldn't be able to forgive myself if i kept it for myself, especially knowing who it belongs to. it'd be different if i found it and no one was around. i hate having a conscience!!!

talk to her and tell her that you two split the money. she cant do anything anyway since she cant prove it's her ticket. i'd tell her... you almost lost 50G's there, now you're only losing 25
