Pick a lipstick and lipliner in matching shades—choose lighter colors, since darker tones can make lips appear smaller. Use your lip pencil to define lips. Go to the outermost edge of lips but no further—do not go outside the natural lip line. Then fill in entire area with lipliner. This will "hold" lipstick longer. Apply your lipstick over lipliner.

Someone said on here that to make your lips appear fuller, wear dark lipstick. Actually, the opposite is true. If you have full, beautiful lips, you can wear darker shades as long as they complement your skin tone. Wear lighter shades of lip color on thin lips to make them look fuller. Also, use gloss. Gloss doesn't last very long, but it gives a fresh and alive look thats perfect for all age groups. Used correctly, it can make the lips look fuller and sexier.

Bath and Body works has a good lip gloss that temporarily plumps lips. It feels a little weird, but doesn't hurt, and the price is not too bad. I think it is about $7 or so. I am not exactly sure

First use blistex and with a soft toothbrush brush your lips in a circular motion to remove any dead skin on your lips. Then use a lip plumper such as Sally Hansen's Lip Inflation lip gloss. Cover Girl also has Lipsticks that add volume to your lips such as their incredifull lip color.

I have stumbled upon the best lip plumper EVER. It's called Lip Venom. It's put out by DuWop. It totally works. About $18/tube.

You don't need lip plumpers or any of that other stuff that people are mentioning. If you apply lipstick and gloss the proper way, you can make your lips appear fuller. Check out this link for detailed step by step instructions for application. http://www.marykay.com/daryn_anderson/whatsnew/applicationstips/lipapplication/thin.aspx?tab=whatsnew

I found these Prep and Plum lipsticks that are really good. they contain Peptides, green tea and ginseng extracts, vitamins A, C and E. Peptides enhance the appearance of lips, hydrate and increase lip moisture. Peptides also help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and soothe dry, chapped lips … visibly improving texture. you could buy them online in their web : http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com
