I've never heard of them referred to as "snake pellets", but yes, they do poop. It looks very much like cat poo, and they go anywhere from once a week to once every couple of months depending on age, how often they're fed, type of species, etc.
They also urinate and expel a white/yellow pellet made out of uric acid about once or twice a week and nearly every time they defecate.

of course they do, what would u expect after all??? the poop is quite smelly, like with other carnivores. the more interesting fact is that reptiles pee is not a liquid, like yours or mine, but a whitish mass quite resembling toothpaste - just like birds, as was said before.
yeah, larger snakes eat in long intervals, so they dont poop often, either, but they MUST poop

Snakes are not just a head with a tail, they have a body. Where the body ends and the tail begins there is a 'vent' or anus where the snake defecates and urinates from.
