It seems this is all we hear about these days, so decided to research it, please comment,(properly), would love to know what the public thinks.

We don't even know the source that causes sex offenders. Some theories claim it is population pressure, some say it is society, some claim genetics and heredity play a role, while other say it is a chemical imbalance. Some even say people become sex offenders because they are evil.
Without a cause, how can we treat the offenders to cure them? How can we prevent people from becoming a sex offender?
So no, in my opinion, at present there is no cure for a sex offender, and continuously releasing back into society without proper precautions is, again in my opinion, the same as getting an alchoholic a job as a bartender. There are those that may resist the teptation, but the urge is there.

I do not believe they are ever really cured. I have heard too many stories of offenders who get out of prison only to commit the same crimes again.

Not in my opinion. Would you ever be able to marry and have children with someone you know has sexually offended another person? I wouldn't.

I believe so yes, the chance is much higher if they were not involved in religion before and then find one(such as Christianity), it is possible,

supposedly they cannot be. just as homosexuals cannot be cured. something in there genetic code or something. that is just an example not a slur.
