Why does my hair change colour?

Why does my ball hair turn blond/white after a certain lengh?
+/- 2.5-3cm
Does any one else have this probem.
and why does my beard turn redish when it gets long?
I have dark hair .

Its the pigmatations in your body that causes this, or you may take more after 1 parents side of the family or both sides of the family.
