Democracy is not the answer to international disputes. It will bring and end to civil war within countries but will be unable to help those disputes between contries. Already democracy has replaced a fairly moderate Iranian leader by Mr. The Holocaust didn't happen. Democracy also elected Hamass into important positions in Palestine. Democracy was designed to give the people in a given county what they want (much better than what a dictator wants) but if the overwhelming majority is in favor of war or genocide or terroisim democracy will relfect that too.

Democracy can fix alot of what is wrong in the world, but not all of it. Democracy will replace China's communist government within the next ten years and once Castro dies his people will force the country to change to a Democracy. Democracy cuts down on the number of tyrrants running countries and reduces the chance of wars. A thing Democracy will never fix is corruption it comes in every government and will never go away. Overall the World's future is Democracy.
