small pants/skirt is not good. It can be a bother and unhealthy for both you and your child. If money is a problem see if there is a preganacy helpline that carries maturnity clothes. Call them. They may know of someplace to get them. Or a St Vincent De Paul or Catholic Charities. They will not ask of your faith. But will help where they can. Wearing clothes that are small hurts and you feel ackward. Good luck with your baby!

Just don't wear anything too tight. That's why they have maternity clothes. Wear maternity clothes, just in case tight-fitting clothes have an effect on your baby. However, just as long as it's not uncomfortable for you and just as long as it doesn't leave any marks on your belly (that shows it's on too tightly), then it should be okay for your baby. Be careful, though.

Tight clothes will hurt you and compress the baby - the amniotic fluid, fluid of ANY kind, is basically incompressible - so your insides will be compressed.

Don't wear tight clothes - you're pregnant, enjoy it.
