Head down to Bangkok. From there, go to any travel agency and book a bus trip to Hua Hin. Place is beautiful with beach-side resorts. You can get one for less than US$30 a night. Food is seafood fresh and not expensive. Plus you do not get the tourist crowd there. The Thai Royal Family has a beach resort there too. So you can be assured of a nice surrounding.

Enjoy your honeymoon. Oh, if you tell the hotel about being on honeymoon, sometimes they might offer you something extra. Just make your enquiry.

Spain, Cabo Pina campsite and nudist beach. Or if that's a terrible sugestion and you want tobe alone, try anywhere west of Marbella, it gets cheaper and you will have vast stretches of empty beaches just for you and the sunsets.

The Red Sea in Egypt would be another good choice but it'll still be pretty hot there in August.

How about Turkey - it's one of the cheapest places to go in the Mediterranean - it's hot, cheap and great fun.
