why womens are uncomfortable in army even though they are some times more talented then men?

It is because it is predominantly a male occupation. Also, we have read about women who are being harrassed in the army when they join. I guess it is because men, in general, are egoistic that they dont see how female can be their counterparts in an area that mostly uses strength, endurance and wit. That wont hinder us from joining the army, though...
