I'm going to infer several stipulations regarding your Question.
First, that you mean by 'object' the inanimate (non-living) kind and one that does not even compose such kinds. The hands and eyes and feet are certainly exhausted throughout each life's course, and, indeed, there are many a life and course. And as well, livestock and animals serve our everyday needs. Yet, these lay outside the confines of your meaning of 'object'. I elucidate this point below.
Second, the object is a macroscopic one. For, if the object were an atom or molecule, then it might qualify to both ends of the first premise; that is, an object that comprises both inanimate and animate matter. Thus would exist a contradiction. Furthermore, your choice of 'object' and 'used' connotes a tangible item, one employed directly. That being said, your object is not applicable to any medium.
Third, the object may not include anything vital to the essence of reality. It is manifest that the gauging of such vital objects would impugn our capacity to gauge such vital objects.
In all light of reason, homage to meditation and understanding, and sagacity, and upon weighing the above premises, I set your object to be one man-made - at least in function.
At this point, I address the marrow of your query, which was for some time a speculation of my own. Six years ago, at the expense and good graces of my benefactors Jones and Siavesh, I chartered a rusty fishing boat and its frail driver, Epai, and traipsed up river to a legendary village in the heart of Cambodia known by the locals as Rhin'yao. Several dusks came before Epai and I docked at Rhin'yao. Only twice each generation is held the holy regatta at Rhin'yao, a ritual practiced nowhere else in the known world. Their vessels alit upon the pacified evening water, each man at Rhin'yao looked within his own soul to ponder the symbolic journey of his tiny boat, imitating his own path and place in time. They gazed purposefully at the river, the source of life to their village, enthroned in the glory of the night and reflecting moonbeams onto the ceiling of looming trees, its crown. After what seemed an hour, three sages initiated in a near shamanic dance. What ensued was to both my horror and disbelief as the sages commenced the blood sacrifice of twelve Rhin'yaon virgins upon the sacred tablet stones of god Yejalizhoo.
Oh, my mom's calling me to dinner, I have to go. bye.

I would think it'd have to be one of the simple machines, a lever, an inclined plane, the wheel and axle or the pulley. I think the inclined plane is probably the most common... ramps, roads, screws and lots more...!
