I think they're "fun girl". Fun girl is a term I use to describe a girl who is experienced, open about sex and like to have fun and party............possibly has mutiple bf's and highly unlikely that they're virgin. Am I being too old fashion? what's your take?

I think you are way off base. I think they're "stupid girl." This may mean that they have so little self respect that they will have sex on a whim or because they are too drunk or stoned to care. In this case they may also be "STD girl."
I would think this is the minority, though. I think that most young people (teenagers) who smoke are trying on an aspect of their personality that they would drop later - except that smoking is addictive, and even when they want to stop they can't. But just because they try cigarettes doesn't mean that they will be as adventurous with sex or alcohol or recreational drugs.
I would suggest that you try friendship with a young woman rather than looking for a quckie.

I think they enhance their ugliness by smoking. Same with guys. Many a time that I've seen a very attractive lady and then she pulls out a tobacco product from her purse and lights up. End of story. Ugly.

there is nothing more beutifull than to watch an attractive woman smoke.
You may well be correct in your observation that girls who smoke are well aware of their perception, and may like to live a wee bit more dangerously. Promiscurity is not necearily related to smoking
