specializes in small bussiness They will be able to help you the best, besides that is what they are in business for!! good luck on the sell!!

Why do you want to sell it? What would you do instead? Are you able to live on the proceeds of the sale and your savings?
IF you truly do want to sell, you might try selling to one of your employees first. Try to find a business broker. Be prepared to furnished all of your accounting information to any prospective buyer
