Borat said it right! Stalin IS the greatest Emperor of all time, ******* just don't like to admit it because he killed a few million innocent people. He was decisive, bold, energetic, windy, explosive, and not gay. Those adjectives add up to one superb leader! If he were our President today, illegal immigration and terrorism would not be a problem because he would have killed all Spanish and terrorists at birth! Go Stalin Go!

Actually he killed more like 40 million. Mao, in china, killed more than 70 million. so by your definition, the title goes to Mao

Because of his Iron-fisted rule, secret police, and mass purging. That last statment isn't even funny. Also, he was more of a dictator.
