A stock broker can give you a definite answer. You might try Charles Schwab, Scottrade, or Fidelity.

If the company no longer exists, sad to say, your stock is worthless. You might look into seeing if the company was bought out by another company, maybe your stock was exchanged for the new owner's stock....but if the company just flat went out of business, I think you're out of luck.
