Hate it or love it? it really annoys me when i walk around in college in the computer room and all i see is myspace everywhere i mean there is more to life then myspace... i think if it got tooken off the internet they would all break down and have minor heart attacks. what do you think?

When I joined myspace there was no one on there. Now its become a trend thing, but I love it because I've moved so many times in my life that I lost contact with many of my family members and friends. But thanks to myspace its alot easier to keep a hold of them.
I don't spend all my time on there, but I visit it almost every day just to see whats up in my friends lives. It's kind of overrated, but I love being able to talk to my close friends that I don't get to see in real life. And its free, not like calling from Texas to Illinois :)
As for the young kids getting on there and being stalked... that's their own and their parents faults. That can happen anywhere on the internet, and myspace has gone through alot of changes to try and stop that.

I don't have a myspace account and I don't have any close friends that do, but I am also getting tired of all the hype about it.
My prediction is that it will eventually go the way of the cabbage-patch doll. The primary user base is teens and they change fads more often than they do their underwear. I think it's a pretty risky $500 million investment, but being someone who is not in a position to make such an investment, I guess that my opinion should not be weighted too heavily.

I do nothing at work all day, so I created a myspace page. All my friends had them, so I felt left out.
After playing around on there for a while, myspace is REALLY overrated.

My Space is seriously overrated. I saw a Bumper sticker that says"You Looked Better On My Space" it's pretty funny. I signed up and atfer 3 days I was like whatever.

I use it ONLY to promote bands, and of course I might have a few friends on there, but most of the people on there are bands or artists. Other than that, it's annoying and it seems like everyone I know is freakin addicted to it!!!!

I use it mostly for promoting my music and it really does work but i don't use it for speaking to people in general.
