it's 70 degrees, but sunny. is that too cold to get a burn or a tan?

nope. the temperature has nothing to do with how tan you get. you can even get a tan when the sun is hiding behind the clouds believe it or not! go out and enjoy the weather!

You can still get a tan (or if youre in the sun longer--a burn). The sun's rays are closer and warmer now than 6 months ago (no matter the temperature)...especially with the first day of summer tomorrow. Make sure to use plenty of sunscreen!!!

No way! It's never too cold to get a sunburn. In fact, it's possible to get a burn when it's cloudy. UV rays can even find your delicate skin underneath a beach umbrella....I've been burned many times. Just to be safe, I'd wear sunscreen anytime you're outdoors for a prolonged period of time.

you can get a tan or a burn when its 50 degress below freezing, as long as there is sun

you can get tan at any temperature, and with any amount of clouds. the sun goes thru clouds, and temperature doesn't even affect the rays from the sun.

It depends on how long your going to be in the sun and what skin type you have. Of course if you have fair skin, you will undoubtebly get some kind of results.

funny thing is you will burn more in the winter! cos it's related to the angle of the sun!
