Only in the way that a heart attack may make you feel short of breath, there is usually no pain with sleep apnea.
There is a related problem called restless leg syndrome that often goes along with sleep apnea.

I have sleep apnea and have never felt like that. Only every great once in a while, I get a heavy chest pressure feeling, but it is not like a heart attack. Talk to your doctor. I only feel exhausted all the time when I don't use my machine at night.

i have never had that with sleep apnea but it is fact that if you are not treated for sleep apnea it can lead to heart problems. Any time your breathing is impeded it affects your heart. If you are truly concerned you should contact your physician immediately oe head to the ER if you suspect a heart problem.

Simply put, it doesn't make you feel like you are; the condition can cause one. Lack of oxygen causes the heart to race, trying to keep blood pumping to brain and extremities. I think you should see a doctor to seek treatment before damaging your heart or stopping any further damage. There are other side effects of this condition.
