You are going to have to be more specif. Does the pedal go all the way down to the floor when you come to a stop or just have a low pedal? Were the brakes replaced recently? Notice any brake fluid leaking at the wheel cylinders or claipers or master cylindfer? This is the only way you can get air into the system to have them bled. If the pedal sinks all the way to the floorboard and the brake pads and shoes are good, then you probably have a bad master cylinder.
I would like to help more but i need more info. Feel free to e-mail me with more details if you can.
Good Luck....Ron

It could be the brakes are out of adjustment, they could need to be bled, or it could be normal and you just are not used to the feel of the brakes on that car.

Rather than having people guess, which is what we have to do without seeing the car, it would be worth the cost to have a qualified mechanic inspect the brakes. A brake inspection should not be that expensive, and the peace of mind and safety are worth it!!
