Why are you finding it hard to propose? Are you scared that she will turn you down? If so what grounds do you have for that fear. Are you just shy? Try to relax. Take her out for a romantic meal. Get her flowers delivered to the table. Tell her how much you love her and what she means to you and how you would be lost without her. Then ask her to make you the happiest man alive and marry you.

Think of a place where you know she would like some people want the big romantic gesture some people would prefer it to be more intimate like a restaurant or at home
If she's into the big gesture try somewhere you know she has always wanted to go and ask her there like a romantic city, or in a restaurant you could ask the Waiter to bring it our on a plate or something. or if its her birthday coming up wrap it in a large box for her or is there somewhere that is special to the both of you ask her there, go for a picnic, walk on the beach
There are thousands of ways to do it just have a good think about what way she would want it to be done either way she will love it and love you for asking her

Just speak from the heart and be natural! Any girl who is mature and really loves you won't be concerned with the ring more then with what you're saying and how you treat her. A proposal should just be all about telling someone you want to spend the rest of your life with them - and that's an awesome thing. When I asked my Dad why he proposed to my Mum he said that whatever he did he just could not stop thinking about her and even went away for a week to think about it. He just knew deep down he wanted to spend his time with her and go through all the different challenges and events that people go through in life with her. He is a man who does not take a decision lightly. Its an important time in your life. My Mum and Dad will be celebrating their 30th Anniversary this year. Good luck.

Well don't do it until you can do it effortlessly. Finding it hard to propose may mean that you do not want to do it. Study your heart and look at the factors, be it life goals or finances. Make sure you are both on the same page totally

My guess is that you are afraid of the answer you will get. If you are not confident that she will say Yes, and that lack of confidence is rooted in reality, then it is probably not the time to ask. You should be like a lawyer here. Any good lawyer will tell you that at trial they never ask a question unless they know for sure what the answer will be.

try and make it special as you want it to be the last time she says yes to an engagement proposal right? even if it's something completely wacky...i once got engaged on a bungee ride at a fun park. didn't last but it was a good memory! lol

If you want this girl your craving for,then you must never be her friend cuz you'll be only a shoulder to cry on not her future perfect husband and also undergo answer and question portion therapy I call to know and to match what you like and what she likes.
