we started going out 4years ago and we are still in love but others are saing that i should stop going out with him because he is young to me.he's 23 and i am 26 please help me on what to do.

If you love him so what do you care what others say. I'm 50 my wife 31 still happy been married 5 years. And 2 children Alyssa 6 and Madison 4. My wife has a son Jordan 12 and he is not my son but i am to him his dad and i love them all. Nobody has mentioned anything about the age gap, even her Mother who is 72 today,her sister 50 her 3 brothers all took to me as part of the family. So no! you follow your heart and if you love your man then that is all that matters. All the best to you

first of all r others dating him or are u.do not listen 2 other people if u do then u r living 4 them and not urself.if u r happy with him what is the problem he is only 3 years younger and if you look at statistics woman outlive men by about 5 years so if you 2 last the test of time having a younger man means that you have longer 2 love one another.

Age aint nuttin but a number. if you love someone, age is not a difference. there are 40 year olds with 60 year olds, and they are very very happy together.
Another reason: he could be saying that because he's afraid of commitment, or he could be intersted in someone else, and would rather break up with you because he loves you and dont want to hurt you by cheating.

If you are happy then why break up. The age difference is not much and age is only a number, you have been with him for 4 years so why break up if the both of you are happy

well there is 4 years between me and my girlfriend, she is 25 and i am 21 and can i add very happy to. at the end of the day age is only a number and if you listen to much to wot people say and think then wot is the point in free thinking. go with your feelings and not wot others think your your own person

Go back to school and learn how to spell. Then get some steel in your spine and tell those people to mind their own business. Why are they even interfering? Why are you even listening to them? Not unless YOU want to break up with him and iis just looking for an excuse, dear.

Break up with him! If you've been with him for 4 years & you want to dump him because your friends say he's too young for you, you obviously dont care for him very much anyway.. Be kind to him & let him find someone who will love him..

no not at all. the age difference is not much. also if you love him and had a long relationship. you must had understand each other very well. so there is no point of breaking on age issue.
