The business was opened and the money for the investment came from credit cards for the business. The business has failed for different external reasons, and now I need FREE advise on how to deal with the banks & tax problems!!!! ANY SUGGESTION. If there's any non-profit organization that helps businesses with this kind of problems?????? THANKS!!

try the SBA or Small Business Administration. they offer a lot of courses and information for small businesses, including loans, etc.

SCORE. If you can deal with old bored guys who think they know everything. Try to get hooked up with someone who has experience in your field. Many people think the way they ran their "chain of laundromats" will work in any industry.
