I am not a flaming liberal...but "war on terror" ? That was some slogan that Bush and his little minions thought up. Yes there is terrorism. Yes, we need to fight against it. But if you are referring to the war on terror in Iraq...we have no business there. Somehow we ended up there...9/11 having nothing to do with Iraq. Now...we can never leave. Bush says we will pull out...but how can we. If we do...they will say "look how the Americans came into Iraq...messed everything up....and then left" Democracy will never work there. Democracy means different things to different people. Democracy can never work in a tribal mentality. We should be focusing on Afghanistan. And Iran. But we are wasting our time in Iraq...the center of Bush's so called "War on Terror" I am willing to fight against terror. But to fight against those who are actually causing the terror.

See, this is a problem alot of people have..we cannot win a 'war' agaionst terrorism, its Orwellian, a war without end. Terrorists can be whoeevrwe want them to be, they dont have a country somewhere, they can be your neighbours, friends, etachers or workmates. What we need is to attack the causes of terrorism, concentrate on building relationships and trust with the world and then trying to move on. If its Liberal to be against an endless war, then im a bloody liberal, and proud of it.

No, we're just smart enough to not believe the dribble that George reads off the teleprompter.

Remember, the Bush and Cheney families made their fortunes as Military suppliers' and in oil. We're in a war for oil. Suprise!

And, the never ending war on terror is good for George and *****' business ventures.

The truth is out there, you just have to seek it out.

Although I feel President Bush is a disappointment to conservatives, the war on terror is the right thing to do. I would rather fight them on thier soil than ours.

There is no war on terror! US war in Iraq, torture and rendition, it's threats against Iran -- all are part of a war for greater empire & have nothing to do with fighting terror or protecting US citizens. See http://revcom.us/a/039/there-is-no-war-on-terror.htm

Here's how the U.S. can win a war on terrorism:

Terrorists need money. Punish people, companies, banks and countries that finance or permit financing of terrorism

Terrorists need a place to sleep. Punish people, companies, and countries that give safe haven to terrorists.

Radical Islamists are dangerous to world peace. Kill all radical Islamists

have you ever noticed that Bush has never said that Iraq was responsible for 9-11... there is a reason for that... they weren't... you should learn from you're fearless leader...

read the 9-11 report and find out who attacked us... then maybe you can win a war if you understand who you're fighting....

You and other Bushites need to wake up and see George for the EGO stricken, dumb, puppet that he is.

What has he ever done that ANYONE would call intelligent or of benefit to mankind.
