He already had a track record for four years (2000-2004) Why did some people think the next four would be any better?

Because too many people in this country are too lazy to vote and many of the ones that do are not educated on the candidates and vote like sheep.

"People" didn't re-elect Bush. Deibold voting machines and corrupt, partisan election officials did. In fact, "people" din't elect him the first time. These last two presidential elections were the most corrupted in our history. Sad thing is, now that the system is fixed, it's unlikely that we will ever chose our political leaders again. The fascists will allow just enough oppostion candidates to win to make it seem on the up-and-up, but they will maintain control until everyone wakes up and starts protesting. Then they will take the billions they have stolen from the country and high-tail it. George Orwell had no idea what was coming...

I think it was not "we liked Bush" it was more who will be worse "bush or kerry?".... b/c if you looked at kerry he constantly chaged his opinion and flip-floped over everything

I honestly don't think that many people thought these four would be better...they just thought kerry would do worse than bush....

and i heard the thought of some hardcore demcrats "i just want the bush family out of the white house, i dont care who goes in but anything is better"

Because he:

-Lowered taxes

-Gave prescription drug benefits to seniors

-Dealt well with unprecedented disasters that could have been prevented if prior adminstrations had dealt with them before they became major disasters. Such as 9/11, Hurricane Katrina (levies should have been repaired YEARS ago), Saddam Hussein, etc.

-Toppled the Taliban

-Ousted Saddam Hussein who, by the way, was seeking nukes from his buddy in North Korea.

-The first administration in decades to even ADDRESS the illegal immigrant crisis.

-Doesn't check to see which way the wind is blowing in order to make tough decisions. Also, doesn't hide from making tough decisions.

-Appointed more minorities to high positions in his cabinet than any other.

Whew! I'm tired!

Because his track record was better than what I was seeing from Sen. Kerry. That's why I voted for Pres. Bush again.

Because I'm getting a cut of the oil money that he is stealing-give me a break. The thing you don't understand is they are dividing us with politics. You actually believe one politician is different then another, they all want the same thing-power. They just have you playing the democrat/ republican game. In the end they are all the same w/ slightly different agendas.

Why did people re-elect Bill Clinton? They were both a better choice than their opponents.
