I downloaded(not copyrighted) DVD but what I get is folder with some files- there is VOB, BUP, IFO.
What to do? I guess I can't mount it as virtual DVD and I don't know how to burn it?

You need to get a burning software like Nero or CloneDVD to burn that to a DVD so you can watch it on any DVD player.

If you have Nero, then use Nero's Burn a DVD Video feature and drag those files and folders exactly as is into the program. Read the instruction for more details.

I am not an expert and know nothing about those file types, but a guess would be that you did not download what you thought you were downloading.

As for Nero there seems to be a certain glitch (unless I was doing something wrong which I did not recognize). I have only burned data on a DVD once, so that is the extent of my experience. But, after putting in the DVD a window popped up prompting me to use Nero. The program loaded and I followed the instructions. Nothing happened. I closed it and restarted it from the Start menu and it worked just fine. Everything was the same, the interface, the procedures, and it burned on the second attempt. The only difference was how the program was accessed. Hope this helps.

there r lots of converters available in market. u can convert the file frm dvd to avi or any other format and then write it on to dvd.

if u can mount on a virtual dvd.... then rip it using a advd ripper and that ripped file will be good enough to be written on to a disc
