OK, do you work close to home???so on your lunch you could take like a 10 min nap? if not, maybe can you somewhere quiet at work? I worked with a girl who took a snooze on the breakroom couch on her lunch, she just took it later than most about 1-2 so everyone was out at that time, and slept like 10-20 min after she ate.
My doctor told me to eat granola bars and peanuts, for protein for energy. I know you are in that period that is just so gross.....it will pass and you will feel better really soon!

While at work, try to put your feet up when you can.
Snack on fruits and veggies throughout the day if possible.
If you notice a particular time during the day that you are most exhausted, try drinking a lot of water and eating an orange right before that.
Ice cold water really helps, you should have water with you all day if possible.
Trying to take a nap at work is a good idea, too, if you can.
And remember to take your prenatal vitamins!

well, I ended up cutting out most of my caffiene because I slept better at night. I would only take a nap for about 20 min to an hour and if it was done before 5...otherwise, just go to bed earlier. I started going to be around 9 and that really helped. If you can get some "Walking" breaks in, it helps to get up and mobile. Keeping hydrated is also important. If you're still tired, you may be able to talk to your doctor about other solutions and to make sure its just because your baby is growing. Pregnancy is exhausting and so is a brand new baby, but you may be anemic or something too because of the pregnancy, so get it checked at your next appointment perhaps!

Exhaustion during pregnancy is the worst especially if you have to work F/T. I was a F/T receptionist with my first and on the 15 minute drive home I wanted to pull over and sleep.
Try to avoid napping when you get in unless you plan on not getting up until the next morning.
Try to get to bed by 8pm.
Make sure you are taking your prenatal vitamins and rest every chance you get.

I was also extremely tired during my pregnancies. Unfortuantely I couldn't find anything that helped. I was sleeping for the night usually by 7:30 or 8 p.m. But I was so uncomfortable most of my pregnancy that I didn't get much sleep at night, that may have been why I was so tired all day and went to bed early.

Take some time of work and try to relax if you cant get time of work while you are at work relax as much as possible. But since you are pregnant your boss may give you time off if not take a nap right when you get home try some soothing tea and take something to help you sleep dont stress it will make it worse.

You could try your local grocery store for the following:
1. Boost-it is a nutrional energy drink that is safe during pregnancy.
2. There is a product that is for pregnant or nursing moms, it would be in the same section as boost, and it works great! Plus, it gives added nutrition for you and your unborn.
3. Also, try fruits-they have a natural sugar.

Try eating some healthy foods during the day as snacks (fruits and vegetables). Also, try to get outside for some fresh air on your breaks. Fresh air and sunlight almost always help me to wake up and finish out my days at work.
Best of luck with your pregnancy! Enjoy it! ITs a blessing

Maybe you arent eating right. Eat healthy snacks during the day. You shouldn't be exhausted if you eat right and get enough sleep.
