My first job was in Dominos Pizza, when I was in UK for my Masters degree. I earned £5/hour and a free pizza every day. I still cherish the memories.

I worked at a garden nursery. When I look back on it, I know I was not a great worker. I was young, inexperienced in the work force, and felt tired and unenthused, and didn't have the skills to know how to change my attitude. Later in life I discovered how to like my job, immerse myself in it, make it entertaining and fund (not always, but it's worth a try) and wish I could go back to that nursery and re-do it.
