Or at the very least a hypocrite. N. Korea is threatening to test a missile that could land a nuclear payload on American soil. If he is a man of action shouldn't he be massing troops to squash this threat? Where are all the conservatives who agree with the war in Iran? N Korea has admitted to WMD's. Isn’t this grounds to attack? This is America and the "axis of evil" has a gun to our heads! Why aren’t the conservative up in arms? He's scared... Wouldn't you agree?

Well ,the question is, why shouldnt they have these weapons? The security council nations, ie You guys, Us (Britain), France, China and Russia all have high-payload nuclear weapony in stockpiles..Id say were more of a danger to world peace, wouldnt you?
Besides, north Korea is a tinpot state, its a wreck and everyone knows it, except the media, who love to play this kind of thing up. Its almost as stupid as believing iraq could actually threaten us *laughs* States like Iran and N.Korea will never use nuclear weapons in anger, as this would almost definatly result in a nuclear response from the Security nations. Basically, we dont need to go to war with them, they wont use them and theyll probably disintergrate as a nation soon anyways..

I don't think this needs to be a ground trop war. The UN hasn't done sh!t (excuse my langauge) to stop N. Korea, just like they didn't do anything to stop Saddam.

If I recall correctly we have some sort of anti-missile system? We also have these things called Agesis Cruisers which shoot down missiles for a living. I think those need to be deployed into the Pacific Ocean immeadetly. And if N. Korea so much as threatens to shoot their missile at anyone I say we blow the little ******** off the earth. Let them irradiate themselves off the earth.

But that would never pass the Congress.

And I do remember the Cuban Missile Crisis. But the only difference is: diplomacy worked... we've tried diplomacy with N. Korea and it hasn't worked hes it? Oh for 50 years we were on the verge of a nuclear war with the USSR. The USSR and the USA had several thousand nukes each while N. Korea has only one operational one.

Not necessarily...you may not remember (but neither do I), the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962 pitted then Soviet Premier Jackov against then President Jack Kennedy. We were on the verge of an all-out nuclear war. Had that happened, we still would not have recovered fully from it. Our countries (U.S. and Sociate Union) would have been destroyed and for what, because neither one understood that presidents don't fight wars, people do; consequently, President Bush realizes that Americans will be the one's who pay the ultimate price, the same way they are in Iraq and elsewhere on the planet.

He attacked preemptive Iraq and look what happened.Anyway he doesn't have enough strength to start another war.He barley can keep up with Afghanistan and Iraq.A third one would be lost from the start.
