You should have no problem with tires from different manufacturers on your car. The two things you want to avoid are:

1. Having both radial ply and bias ply tires on your car at the same time.

2. Having different size tires on your car at the same time.

Either of these can cause you to suddenly lose control and have a very serious accident, so please check to make sure that if your tires are different brands they are not different sizes or different ply types. If you don't know how to check, any garage or tire dealer will quickly be able to tell you without charging you anything.

It's fine but when you drive, the tires will sound different than it would when you have a set of four. And if they aren't brand new, then they will wear out faster, causing your tires to be slick and hard to stop, especially in the rain.

Yes, altho there are allowable size differences even within
a brand. As long as they are the same size you should be OK,
assuming they are all bias-ply or radial ply. You shouldn't mix
the two. You probably have radials as bias-ply aren't very
common anymore.

That's ok, but be sure that they are on the correct side. It's really bad to have the left tires on the right, and vice versa.

Its no problem as long as they are all either radials or crossplies, and are the same size.

Different makes of tyre will wear at different rates however so keep and eye on them.
