not like with some1 over the age of 18 just like 2 people under the age of 18 having sex is that ileagal cause on 1 of the other questions said that it was ileagal 4 2 16 year olds 2 have sex so i was just woundering if it was true

If u are 17 on down than it is ileagal and have with someone three years older than you

There are actually laws on the books in some states that make it illegal to have sex before marriage, regardless of age. Wisconsin has a "no pre-marital sex" law on the books, but no one enforces it.
The law is being underage and having sex with someone that is not underage. That is considered statutory rape, meaning it is considered rape since the law says the underage person is not mature enough to make a good decision about the act, and the person who is of age should know better and is using their age to take advantage of the minor.

depends on where u live truly different states have there own sex laws , for you case if you stay in Georgia and are 16 having sex with a 16 year old you're safe but if you go to www.cycc.state.GA.us you can find out more info, check it out.... i keep seeing people say only if they or you are over age but beware of under aged kids too in ga if you are 17 or older and have sex with some one under 16 you could be imprisoned for 1 to20 years not to scare u but just know your rights and dont have sex in crazy places to get caught!

okay it isn't the whole County but some states say its against the law for a minor to have sex. Only know that because I live in California and am try to become a foster parent and they told us that in one of the classes I had to take.

Are you not reading this question? They want to know if they are both under age is it illeagal to have sex? No it is not illegal but you better be protected and smart about it, because I'm sure your parents would'nt approve

no, the only thing that would be illigeal is if your partner is over the age of 18. and even at that, you would have to get caught and/or pregnant.
