California...cause we don't get the hurricanes. All be it we do get earthquakes,but not that often.

I'd say Florida. Both have extreme weather (hurricanes or major fires), both are congested and both have glamorous areas. However, in most areas of California housing is so expensive and commutes can take hours.

Pros of Cali
Not much hurricanes
Glamorous
Great weather all year round
High chance of meeting a celebrity (lol)
Great area to be in if your in the field concerning acting, modeling, etc.
Cons of Cali
I heard there will be a ginormous earthquake in a couple years
Lots of gangs
Schools aren't so great for kids
Pros of Florida
DISNEY WORLD!!!
Its beautiful 24 hours 7 days a week
Great schools
Fun never stops
Cons of Florida
HOT, HOT WEATHER
Lots of old people and rednecks (I'm not sure if you're in to that)
NOT FOR SLOW PACED PEOPLE
Always running in to stupid tourists

I prefer Florida....to congested and too many idiots in CA...
Although parts of FL is all q-tips. (little old white haired people)
