The only thing to do is to be honest and upfront and tell your friend that they must start looking out for them self. It will only help them to make it in life in the long run.

Next time she asks tell her no , she will get the hint eventually. If not just come right out and tell her that her behavior is annoying.

What does she want you to do? Just say "no, I'm busy" or "no, it goes against everything I believe in" or better "no, it's against my religion"
Tell her "you need to grow up and learn to do things on your own"

simply find some reason (like busy..) to refuse her... Some times, then she wont ask u for help
