The best thing to do is to get on the Internet and learn about the stalking laws in your local county. I had one of those and I filed an affidavit with the local police department then I took her to court for harassment. All they did was fine her and put her on probation. But I knew that she would not make it for the 6 months. After she violated probation I contacted the DA's office again and now she is sitting in jail.

You can also get a no contact. Not a restraining order. That has a statute of time and distance. A no contact means she can NEVER contact you, your family or any witnesses EVER for the duration of your life times.

well, if you were broke up, then it doesnt seem like you should blaim him for this girl being a nut job. I would talk to her and ask her what her problem is, and tell her she is gonna have to leave you guys alone, or your gonna get a restraining order. Talk first, but I think this woman might need an *** whoopin, if ya need help, call me! lol

Tell ur man to get an order of protection. If he doesn't, then he likes the attention, and u should just leave.

Report her to the police, this is harassment and stalking and she obviously needs help from professional people.

Is she being obsessive or is does your man still continue to see her. If yes, then I suggest you lose him and fast.
