I use Yahoo! Music radio, funnily enough! They've got lots of different stations to listen to, like 60's stations or rock, whatever you like, but you can also set up your own station which just plays you what you like, http://uk.music.yahoo.com/launchcast/setup.asp

yep.last.fm u'd have to download some stuff first an they'll match your taste in music with other stuff you might like to take a listen to.
