hi recently had my 6th child (6/9/06). i have a history of miscarriage (15 preg. 6 live births) anyway, try acupuncture along w/tradition medicine. i had a baby girl 2/05 and baby boy 6/06. you should know i had acupuncture in 11/03 conceived 5/04 delivered 2/05. i have never been preg back to back in my life. the child before is 5 year difference w/2 misc. before acupuncture treatment. if you like i can give you more specific of my med history. can even tell you which position are good to make boys or girls. 4 boys 2 girls. oldest 24 youngest 11 days old. I'm 44 husband 51 this year.

Make sure u make love during your ovulation. Take the missionary position (lying down on your back) 4 some time with legs folded backwards after u have been ejaculated into.

Have sex 10 to 15 days after start of your period. After sex lie flat on your back for a while. Good luck!!

have unprotected sex with no birth control of any kind. As far as I know, this is the most common and easiest way to do it.

With unprotected vaginal sex with a male who has a normal sperm count, not smoking and not drinking excessively helps increase your chances

well the obvious is to have unprotected sex... and if your still having trouble getting pregnant talk to your gyno.. you may not be fertile.. or your partner may not be fertile.. good luck with that btw
