What kind of job? well, it depends. You could be a psychologist or a psychiatrist but you would have to get your masters and some do require the doctorate. Most people take up another major with psychology like any other social sciences or education to become teachers or work in the clinical social work field. Your best bet would be to put it in a search and see what you can find.

With just an undergraduate degree, there is virtually nothing you can do. Jobs in psychology nearly always require a master's or doctorate degree. Don't major in psychology unless you plan on pursuing a graduate or post-graduate degree.

Incidentally, in New Mexico and in the US Military, psychologists can obtain prescription privileges for psychotropic drugs under the supervision of a medical doctor.
