I know one can use history to see the web sites visited. But I want to know how to find out the exact time each site is visit. Please note that right clicking the web address => properties does not shows the actual time but current time.

your going to have to purchase a program that will record everything on your computer spector they have a very good product http://www.spector.com it cost about 70 bucks

The best way to find information about a website hit time etc is the google analytics.

Click here : http://www.google.com/analytics/

Note that you cannot find the hit time for just any website, it has to be your own website. Once you register with google analytics, they will give you a piece of code that you have to put on every page of your website. Using google analytics, you can also find out how long a particular visitor was on a particular page of your website.
