i spend ten housr striaght seated on a pc only get an hour for lunch whats the demage?

Lower metabolism, less fat burning, possible (if not guaranteed) weight gain. Sedentary muscles not getting used and losing strength.

Demage - none. Damage: your eyes might be strained, you could be putting your wrists at risk for carpal tunnel syndrome, and you could be getting flabby by sitting around. My advice, take a break from looking at the screen every 20 minutes. My eye doc recommended looking 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes. Good luck!

Hello,if you really spend all that "killing" time,a solid ten hours before the PC,with just an 1 hour lunch breack it's more than dangerous for your health,bith phisical and mental..The so called from you damages would be multiple from damaging your eyesight,neurological problems to total psycho-phisical failure.You have to change your lifestyle or the predictions are reallt bleak..Please,reconsider that and do something..Take care of yourself..Good luck!!

At this rate u will do more damage to others mastery over the english language.... i mean look at the number of mistakes in JUST 2 SENTENCES... wonder what u do in front of the pc... just look at it?....and its common knowledge that 10 straight hours in front of the pc IS DAMAGING TO ANYBODY LET ALONE U..

You can get blood clots in your legs that will kill you. You need to get up every hour or so and walk around for a few minutes and then go back to work.

Carpal tunnel in your wrists, muscle aches in your lower back and legs.

Get up and move around a be every now and then, keep your circulation moving.
