Demage - none. Damage: your eyes might be strained, you could be putting your wrists at risk for carpal tunnel syndrome, and you could be getting flabby by sitting around. My advice, take a break from looking at the screen every 20 minutes. My eye doc recommended looking 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes. Good luck!

Hello,if you really spend all that "killing" time,a solid ten hours before the PC,with just an 1 hour lunch breack it's more than dangerous for your health, bith phisical and mental..The so called from you damages would be multiple from damaging your eyesight, neurological problems to total psycho-phisical failure. You have to change your lifestyle or the predictions are reallt bleak..Please,reconsider that and do something..Take care of yourself..Good luck!!

You can get blood clots in your legs that will kill you. You need to get up every hour or so and walk around for a few minutes and then go back to work.
